These Gift Cards with dollar amounts have validity for 3 years and can be used for yourself or given as a great gift idea! Gift Card dollar amounts can be pre-chosen or customized.

• Not valid with any Private Health Insurance Rebates
• Medical conditions must be advised at time of booking
• 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice required
• Gift Cards with dollar amounts can be used on any services
• Service type Gift Cards are fixed to specific service listed
• 10% Surcharge applies for Gift Card redemptions on Sundays
• 15% Surcharge applies for redemptions on Public Holidays
• Gift Voucher is Valid for 3 Years from Date of Issue
